IPPB Executive Eligibility Criteria 2025
- Age Limit: 20 to 35 years as on 01.08.2025
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Regular/Distance) from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Eligibility: Must be a serving Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) under the Department of Posts as on 01.08.2025.
IPPB Executive Salary 2025
Selected GDS Executives will receive a lump-sum pay of ₹30,000 per month inclusive of all statutory deductions and allowances. Annual increment and performance-based incentives may be provided as per bank policy.
Tenure of Engagement
The initial engagement period will be one year, extendable up to two more years based on satisfactory performance and bank requirements. There will be a mandatory two-year cooling-off period after completion of engagement.
Selection Process for IPPB Executive Recruitment 2025
- Selection will be based on merit of Graduation marks.
- In case of tie, DoP seniority and date of birth will be considered.
- IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if necessary.
