Bonus Details for Each Category

1. Regular Departmental Employees

• Bonus Type: Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB)
• Bonus Days: 60
• Emolument Limit: ₹7,000 per month

2. Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS)

• Bonus Type: Ex-gratia Payment
• Bonus Formula: Average TRCA × 60 / 30.4

3. Casual Labourers

• Bonus Type: Ad-hoc Bonus
• Wage Base: ₹1,200 per month
