Every year, just before the festive season, employees eagerly wait for the productivity-linked bonus (PLB). This bonus not only brings joy during Diwali but also recognizes the hard work and dedication of employees throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diwali Bonus for GDS and Postal Employees 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the official announcement, the <strong>Department of Posts<\/strong> will provide a bonus to eligible employees including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal Assistants and Sorting Assistants (PA\/SA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postmen and Mail Guards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus Rate and Calculation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Diwali bonus<\/strong> for postal employees is usually calculated as <strong>Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB)<\/strong>.
