Annual increment and performance-based incentives may be provided as per bank policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenure of Engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial engagement period will be <strong>one year<\/strong>, extendable up to two more years based on satisfactory performance and bank requirements.
