It will be maintained by the respective <strong>Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO)<\/strong> and will digitally capture major service-related details throughout the employee&#8217;s engagement period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details Covered in the e-Engagement Roll<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engagement details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer &amp; posting records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disciplinary actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial upgradations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TRCA revisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final discharge \/ separation details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation of Initial e-Engagement Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Engaging Authority (EA)<\/strong> will digitally prepare the initial e-Engagement Roll for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Existing GDS employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Newly engaged GDS employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Divisions must upload verified data and documents and complete <strong>at least 15% of GDS service records every month<\/strong> so that all records are digitized within six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roll-Out Schedule Across India Post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-Engagement Roll will be implemented in all Postal Circles from <strong>01 April 2026<\/strong>.
