- Access Period: Course access is typically granted for a specified period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) from the date of purchase. Some courses may have different access terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Device Limitations: You may access courses on up to 3 different devices. Excessive device usage may result in temporary suspension of access.
- Content Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Geographical Restrictions: Some content may not be available in all geographical locations due to licensing restrictions.
Fees & Payments
- Pricing: All fees for our Services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment page. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your total purchase price.

Prohibited Activities
You may not record, download, screenshot, or otherwise capture any course content. Sharing your account credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
User Conduct
While using our Services, you agree not to:

- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking behavior
- Use our Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

Refund Policy
- General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased courses or mock tests.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, we will work to resolve these issues. If resolution is not possible, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate Purchases: In case of accidental duplicate purchases, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

- Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six months.

Termination
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
